H & A Ranch, (a division of Autry Farms), becan raising elk and buffalo in 1980 on the family farm. What started out as a hobby soon became a money making business. By the mid 80's, the elk and buffalo were making more money than hogs and cattle, so that part of the farming operation was phased out to make more room for the elk and buffalo.
Today, H & A Ranch is home to almost 200 elk and about 50 buffalo, selling meat, breeding stock, trophy animals and velvet antler which is used world wide to make medicine.
